Gran Turismo PSP Cars will Transfer to Gran Turismo 5 on PS3

Polyphony Digital head Kazunori Yamauchi
recently showed Gran Turismo PSP at Sony's E3 press conference, the
first time the title has been heard from in years, and received cheers
from the crowd in attendance.

The crew over at Polyphony Digital has been working hard over the
past few years developing the game and has come up with several new,
innovative features for the title, such as the ability to transfer your
car from the PSP game to the PS3 release of Gran Turismo 5.


To quote: The feature was revealed during an interview (below) with
GameSpot at the conference. Kazunori pushed the fact that he wanted the
player to feel like they actually owned the car, that it wasn't just a
car in a game, which led to the feature being implemented into the
game.
